The calculations are estimates based on information entered by the user. They are not financial, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices and applicable Tax are shown before payment. Access to saved deals and printable reports requires an active subscription.

Free access

Guests receive one live analysis. Registered free accounts receive up to five total live analyses. Free analyses cannot be saved or printed.

Saved information

Subscribers are responsible for keeping copies of reports they need. Access to saved deals may end when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
